Help Class Summative Assessment Appointments

Help Class Sign In/Out

Help Class Guidelines:

     To sign up for help class first click on this link to the online help class sign in/out spreadsheet stored on the district Google Drive Student Resources folder, and record specifically what you will be doing in help class on that date.

     Use black text to fill in your reservation row completely as shown by the two examples shown in red and blue.

  •      When you enter help class, sign in on the official Help Class Attendance page on the long clip board on the demonstration desk in the front right of our at classroom. 
  •      You may not use any electronics in help class except for the class computers provided by the school district. 
  •      You are free to go to the lavatory, get a drink of water in the hallway, or go into the hallway to phone or text.

  •       When help class is nearly over, please shut down any computer you have used and return it to its proper charging station with its proper charging cable attached.

  •      When help class is nearly over, if you have been collecting laboratory data,  please clean up your laboratory station and return all equipment and supplies to their appropriate locations.  Follow your planned procedure for cleaning up, but if you are unsure, ask where to store items and ask how to dispose of items. 
  •    When you are about to leave help class for the day, sign out online and also sign out of help class on the Help Class Attendance sheet.
  •     When help class is over, please exit room A235 within 15 minutes. 

    Help Class Location and Times:

    Mondays

        Help class is held in room A235 from 2:45 PM until 4:15 PM on most Mondays and until 3:20 PM when I have a later school committee meeting scheduled.  If you wish to get help that day, please show up in room A235 within the first 10 minutes of help class so that I know you will be attending.

    When help class is over, please exit room A235 within 15 minutes.

    When there is a Monday scheduling conflict for your teacher, typically on the fourth Monday of the month, help class will be from 2:45 to 3:20 PM on that Monday.  In that case please exit room A235 by 3:30 PM at the latest!

    If for some reason there is no school held on Monday, help class will generally be rescheduled for the next day, Tuesday.  Check your teacher to be sure! 

    Other Times

    Help class is also available by appointment at other times.  Check your teacher’s availability first.
