May lack of exposure to preservatives, biological toxins (such as lectins, amylase-trypsin inhibitors, and allergy inducing proteins), and excitotoxins (such as glutamate, aspartate, and cysteine) keep your microbiome, gut lining, and brain working wonderfully.  May lack of exposure to acrylamide, nitrosamines, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) such as benzo[a]pyrene preserve your DNA from harm.  May adequate exercise, sleep, and the micronutrients and antioxidants in highly colored vegetables and fruits nourish your whole being!
